January flew by and most of us need a little support to stay motivated in achieving our health goals for the New Year. This month, challenge yourself to find an exercise buddy!

Research shows that people who approach health, and especially exercise, with a friend are more likely to achieve their goals. Working out with a friend is a way to strengthen your bond as well as your body.
Here are a few suggestions:
Ask a friend to try a dance class
Offer a friend to meet and take their dog on a long walk
Make friends with someone in a spin class and be sure to meet them weekly
Set a date with a friend to lift weights
