No-Oil Balsamic Dressing


Ingredients:

2 cups boiling water
3 TBSP chopped pitted dates
1 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
2 TBSP Dijon mustard
3 TBSP nutritional yeast
12 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 TBSP onion powder
1 close garlic minced

Pour water over dates in a heatproof bowl and soak for 10-15 minutes
Reserve 1/4 cup of the liquid and drain dates.
Put dates in blender.
Add reserve water and all ingredients.
Puree until smooth.
