Orange Chicken


1/3 cup orange juice (without the pulp is best)
1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
2 -3 minced fresh garlic cloves
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/8 teaspoon chili flakes
3 chicken breasts
1/2 Tablespoon sesame seed

1. Combine orange juice concentrate, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil and
chili flakes in a bowl.
2. Cut chicken into pieces and add to marinade.
3. Marinate 4-6 hours minimum.
4. Grill pieces of chicken.
5. Sprinkle chicken with sesame seeds and orange zest, serve and enjoy.
