Ingredients:
2 TBSP fresh lemon juice
2 TBSP fresh line juice
2 TBSP low sodium soy sauce
1 TBSP honey
2 tsp ground ginger
1 pound flank steak, trimmed
Directions:
1. Preheat broiler
2. Combine first 5 ingredients in saucepan over medium, bring to boil and cook 3 minutes
3. Place steak on foil lined broiler pan
4. Brush ½ of soy mixture over steak; broil about 5 minutes or until browned
5. Turn and brush remaining soy mixture over steak
6. Broil for 5 minutes
7. Remove from oven and wrap foil around steak
8. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing
